Pimple Scar Treatment

Subcision: Needle technique to break tough improperly arranged fibres.

Microdermabrasion: Works on both layers of skin. Inert crystals are rubbed on skin with an element of vacuum. Pin point bleeding points are created under the skin surface. This reduces scar depth by promoting collagen / elastic fibre formation and regenerates skin.

Laser: Non ablative lasers cause controlled heating of skin generating more collagen. Also give pore approximation and smooth skin. There is no down time required. Ablative lasers on the other hand cause small areas of skin necrosis which in turn heals in a week’s time.
Dermaroller: Breaks malaligned fibres, creates a clean wound, facilitates natural healing process. Hyaluronic acid, Vit C, Vit E based serums are added to get an additive effect.
